Placing orders

To place an order through our website, simply browse the catalogue, search for items using keywords, or if you have a catalogue, enter the item numbers in the Quick Finder box on the left of the page (under the catalogue menu). Once you have found the items that you require, go to your basket, check the delivery options meet your needs and proceed to checkout. Here you will be required to enter your personal contact details, delivery address and payment methods. Frontline Paintball will take care of the rest and will try to deal with your order as quickly as possable. Orders placed after 3:00pm on working days will be shipped the following working day.

Returned Goods

Frontline Paintball accept the return of all goods, execpt for Markers and Air or Co2 canisters. Returns are accepted, provided that the goods are;

• Returned Packaged / Unused
• Returned within 14 days of purchase

A restocking fee of £6.99 applies to all returns. This can be paid seperate, or deducted off the value of the returned goods.

When posting the returned goods, you must contact us either by telephone or by email using the Contact page. Items returned without contacting us before hand can and will become lost! Postage of the returned items will not be met by Frontline Paintball.

Postage of Goods

Our standard courier service is free on all orders that over the value of £14.99. Orders under this amount will be charged a standard courier charge of £6.00. For services such as Next Day, an additional charge will be added on to the total amount of your order.At Frontline Paintball we use a number of couriers, so for enquires regarding the tracking of a parcel, please contact the office on 01704 834 300.

Privacy policy

Details of your orders, addresses and any other personal information relating to you will not under any circumstanses be passed on to any other individual, group or oganisation. Frontline Paintball may, from time to time, send you special offers or other promotional material via email or sms. You can Opt Out at any time from receiving messages of this nature from Frontline Paintball by replying to the message you receive with the word STOP.
